Little did I know it would take over a year to find a buyer. During that year John and Barclay did everything humanly possible to get my listing noticed both in and out of the office. There is a long list of responsibilities these two took on that were above and beyond what a realtor would do to make sure the property was perfect and I was happy with their service. John went above and beyond any realtor my wife and I dealt with in the past. When we first started looking in Asheville I contacted a few realtors and immediately was deluged with every listing on the market. John called and wanted to find out what we liked and what we didn’t. John has extensive knowledge of Asheville and the homes we were interested in and was able to guide us in finding our dream house (Which we did-Thanks again John). My wife and I were extremely happy working with John and Barclay. They give honest advice, aren't pushy in the slightest, and have great knowledge of Asheville neighborhoods, established and up-and-coming alike. We also found them to be flexible when it came to showing houses, and were very quick to respond to emails/texts when needed. When it came time to put an offer on a house we loved, John and Barclay helped us come up with an offer that both met our criteria and made the seller happy, and made similar negotiations throughout the closing process go very smoothly. We also took their advice and hired some of their recommended vendors and found them to be great as well. All in all, I don't think my wife and I would have been able to buy such a great house if we'd used any other realtor. We'll be happy to use them again in the future!

I met with John when I was considering moving to Asheville from SoCal. He showed me several homes all around the Asheville area.
